How long will it take to receive my order?
If the hat is already made and in stock we strive to have all orders shipped within 24 hours (actual delivery will depend on destination and method of shipping). However, many of our hats are made to order, so generally speaking please allow up to 14 days for the hat to be shipped, with our goal being to have it delievered well within that timeframe.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. We ship only to a limited number of foreign countries. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges or taxes. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your destination we will notify you .
Do you take special orders?
Yes. Please email us at email@example.com for the particular style(s) that you are looking for and we will send you pricing, photos, and availability. All special orders are non-returnable.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Yes. We give discounts for wholesale buying, greater than 20 pieces, and have the ability to find you hats that are not featured on our site. We realize finding the perfect hats in a timely manner is very important, please contact us via phone or email and we will strive to find what you are looking for.
