How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship your hat(s) same day of the receipt of your order however it is not guaranteed. Some items may take longer. Orders received by 10:00AM central standard time (11:00am in the east) will ship the next business day unless there is an issue with the order. For example, a hat is ordered on a Thursday morning. The customer chooses FedEx ground 2nd day shipping service. The hat ships on Friday. The hat will arrive on Tuesday given that FedEx does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. All overnighted orders that ship on a given work day, will be shipped USPS and received the following work day typically by noon. Please call us for morning deliveries as special arrangements will need to be made.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We ship only to a limited number of foreign countries. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges or taxes. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your destination we will notify you .

Do you take special orders?

Yes. Please email us at support@samuelshats.com for the particular style(s) that you are looking for and we will send you pricing, photos, and availability. All special orders are non-returnable.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Yes. We give discounts for wholesale buying, greater than 20 pieces, and have the ability to find you hats that are not featured on our site. We realize finding the perfect hats in a timely manner is very important, please contact us via phone or email and we will strive to find what you are looking for.
